Declaration

When registering your daughter onto a Netball coaching session you give consent to emergency medical treatment if needed.

Refunds & Cancellations 

After you have booked a session at Foxes Netball no refund will be given for no attendance. If Foxes Netball cancels the session a full refund will be given.

Weather

The sessions are outdoors at all times. If the weather is deemed safe to play, the session will continue. The coaches will decide if the courts are deemed safe.

Insurance and Liability

Foxes Netball is insured with Insure4Sport. Our coaches are covered by Public Liability Insurance. Foxes Netball cannot be held responsible for any lose or damage unless caused by Foxes Netball. We do not accept responsibility for events outside our control.

Dropping & Collection

Foxes Netball will be there to sign your daughter into the session and out of the session. You are welcome to leave your daughter with us and return at the end of the session. If. Someone else is collecting your daughter please can you inform us on drop off who will be collecting and we will implement a password system.

Photography 

You will be asked when registering your daughter for a session if you are happy to consent for your daughters photo to be taken during the sessions. The photos will be used on our Instagram and Facebook platforms. No names will be used on social media.

Personal Property 

Foxes Netball coaches cannot be responsible for valuable items, please ensure your daughter doesn’t bring any valuable items with them to the sessions. Foxes Netball will accept no liability for the loss, damage or theft of personal property of the children. Please label all of your daughters clothes so we can reunite her with it at the end of the session.

Health & Safety 

A risk assessment will be taken by the Foxes Netball coaches each session. The coaches will ensure that the courts are safe to play on before the session begins. At least one of the coaches will be a qualified first aider.

Safeguarding & Child Protection 

Foxes Netball is committed to provide a safe environment for the children, we also have a duty of care to each child to safeguard the welfare of all children in their care. Foxes Netball follows the ‘Safeguarding and Protecting Young People in Netball’, guidelines from England Netball.

All coaches have passed a standard DBS check. 

Privacy Policy 

Foxes Netball is in line with the GDPR regulations. The data collected when you register; your daughters name, your name, emergency contact number, email address and medical information are collected to keep your daughter safe and to give Foxes Netball information about your daughter when they are in the session.

If you would like to stop receiving emails from Foxes Netball please email foxes-netball@outlook.com to opt out.

We will use your email address to ask for feedback, inform you about changes in sessions, promotion and a point of contact. 

Foxes Netball will not share any data collected at registration with any third parties. Data in password protected on our systems.
